Wednesday 8/14: EMOM 10 (Even: 3 Hang Cleans @ 80lbs, Odd: 7 Hands Release Push-Ups), WOD: 400m run, 15 clean & jerks (65#), 15 front squats (65#), 200m run, 10 clean and jerks, 10 front squats, 400m run, 5 clean & jerks, 5 front squats (10:49)

Thursday 8/15: 3.5 mile run

Friday 8/16: Strength: Max Unbroken Bodyweight Back Squats (8 @ 130#), WOD: 15 min AMRAP: 15 sit-ups, 200m run, 15 push-ups, w/ coaches variance every 3 mins (10 HR Burpees, 2x bear crawl, 30sec plank walk, 6 candlesticks) = 4 rounds + 1 Push-Up
